‘The Young and The Restless’ Spoilers Thursday March 24: Adam Turns Down Victor’s Offer, Trial Begins – Luca Signs Divorce Papers, Marisa Grows Suspicious

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Thursday, March 24, tease that Victor (Eric Braeden) will await Adam’s (Justin Hartley) decision. In jail, Michael (Christian LeBlanc) comments on Victor’s tie and asks if he’s ready for court. Victor thinks there may not be a trial if Adam agrees to his offer.
At the penthouse, Adam seems concerned. Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) wonders what’s up and Adam shares the deal that’s on the table. Chelsea doesn’t want Adam to get sucked back in at Newman Enterprises. She fears Adam will become his father. Adam suggests that wouldn’t happen. He feels he could stay strong.

At Top of the Tower, Nick (Joshua Morrow) looks anxious. Noah (Robert Adamson) and Abby (Melissa Ordway) walk in. They start talking about redecorating Victor’s office if he’s sent to the slammer. Victoria (Amelia Heinle) hints that she doesn’t want success at Victor’s expense.

Michael arrives and gets updates on the details of Victor’s offer. Moments later, Adam and Chelsea show up to discuss the matter. Victoria thinks Adam will end up looking like the golden boy if he goes through with it. Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) urges everyone to settle down.

Adam insists he just wants to know what they think he should do. Nikki believes Victor will want to run the show from behind bars. Adam thinks he could avoid all communication with Victor. No one seems to be on board, so Adam says that settles it. He won’t take the deal. Y&R rumors hint that this choice could spell trouble. Victor will undoubtedly be on the warpath.

The meeting breaks up and Nick speaks with Victoria privately. He understands the guilt Victoria is feeling, but he thinks Victor will forgive her someday. Meanwhile, Luca (Miles Gaston Villanueva) hands over the signed divorce papers to Marisa (Sofia Pernas). She’s wary of why Luca is suddenly giving in.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers reveal that some mother-daughter drama will go down. At the athletic club, Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) is crushed when she learns Summer (Hunter King) is testifying on Victor’s behalf. She asks how Summer could betray her. Phyllis talks about Austin (Matthew Atkinson) and Courtney (Kelli Goss) murders. She adds that Victor replaced her husband and sent a stranger to her bed.

Afterwards, Summer is disheartened and leans on Luca for support. Luca says he signed the divorce papers for Summer’s sake. He wants to gain her approval. At the courthouse, Lauren (Tracey E. Bregman) talks to Christine (Laralee Bell) about Michael’s decision to take this case. Christine admits she was surprised, but claims she won’t hold a grudge.

Everyone else arrives and heads inside. Victor is sitting there in an orange jumpsuit. Michael tells Victor that Adam refused his offer. Nearby, Billy (Jason Thompson) comments on Victoria’s bravery. Marisa informs Noah that Luca signed the divorce papers and they’re free to get married. Noah is pleased by the news, but Marisa fears Luca is trying to marry into the Newman family.

Noah chuckles and implies that no one should want to join this circus. Opening statements get underway. Christine declares that Victor Newman feels the need to win at any cost. Michael counters that Victor was acting in self-defense. Phyllis can’t contain herself. She bolts up and shouts that it’s a lie. Stick with the CBS soap to see if Phyllis can regain her composure.
