‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday March 10: Victoria New Newman CEO – Victor’s Has Health Scare – Max Overhears a Secret

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Thursday, March 10, tease that Shawn (Devon Martinez) will spot Sage (Kelly Sullivan) and Nick (Joshua Morrow) in a heated argument. At Crimson Lights, Shawn questions Sage about the confrontation and wonders if it happens a lot. Sage assures Shawn that her marriage is strong, but admits they’re still trying to heal from their loss. Nevertheless, Sage hints that she can give Shawn’s baby a loving home with Nick by her side.

Meanwhile, Adam (Justin Hartley) returns from New York and chats with Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) about the upcoming meeting at Newman Enterprises. He’s headed off to vote Victor (Eric Braeden) out. Chelsea mentions that someone will need to fill Victor’s spot and Adam confesses that he could be tempted. Chelsea panics and tells Adam that he can’t go to this meeting.

In the interrogation room, Summer (Hunter King) visits Victor. She brings up the board meeting and Victor insists that he won’t let them vote him out of the company. Summer reminds Victor that she’s the only one who’s been coming to see him. Victor calls the rest of the family traitors. Suddenly, Victor seems disoriented and Summer calls for help.

At Newman, Abby (Melissa Ordway) worries about voting Victor out. She thinks it would kill him. Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) suggests that this is the only way to get Victor to wake up. This is their chance to save him from himself. Victoria (Amelia Heinle) agrees that it’s for the best. Nick shows up and Summer isn’t far behind.

Summer gives them updates on Victor’s episode and says he was rushed to the hospital. Nikki thinks Victor just faked his illness so they’d postpone the meeting. Summer defends Victor and insists he truly wasn’t well. Still, Victor is stable and Summer has his proxy. Adam doesn’t attend the meeting, but they put him on speakerphone.

Victoria calls for the board to vote on Victor’s removal as CEO. Nick chooses to abstain. Everyone else raises his or her hand except for Summer. Once that’s done, they discuss a potential successor. Nikki nominates Victoria and Adam suggests that no one will be opposed to that idea.

After wishing Victoria luck, Adam disconnects. Chelsea is thrilled that Adam is free and she gives him a big kiss. As the meeting breaks up, Nick lets Victoria know that she has his support. Victoria informs Nick that she broke up with Billy (Jason Thompson) over the scheme.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers reveal that Ashley (Eileen Davidson) will get discouraged about her condition. At the hospital, Ashley tells Dr. Neville (Michael E. Knight) that she’s tired of living her life this way. She feels terrible all the time and doesn’t know if she wants to continue the treatment. Dr. Neville won’t allow Ashley to give up; he says he can help her.

Ashley learns Victor is the hospital and she visits his room. They talk about Abby’s disappointment in Victor and how she deserves a good dad. Stitch (Sean Carrigan) comes in and confronts Victor about Kelly (Cady McClain). Victor claims Kelly’s obsession with Jack (Peter Bergman) is what caused her death. He says Stitch should worry about his marriage instead. Stitch gets fed up and passes Victor’s case along to someone else.

Nikki, Victoria and Abby arrive with news on the vote. Victor doesn’t blame Abby, but he’s furious with Victoria and Nikki. Later, Nikki reminds Victor of how much she loves him. Victor doesn’t appreciate Nikki’s efforts to save him and he tells her to get out. Victoria comes back in and wants to talk. Victor hints that Victoria shouldn’t get used to being CEO. He plans on reclaiming his position and kicking her out as soon as he can.

At the lab, Ashley and Dr. Neville take care of Max (Jared Breeze) for Stitch. While Max plays with slime, Ashley tells Dr. Neville that she’ll continue the treatments. She realizes she has a lot to fight for. Dr. Neville points out her fondness for Max and suggests it’s because he’s Stitch’s son.

Ashley indicates that she’s over Stitch and that’s all in the past. Max listens nearby. Y&R rumors hint that Max could use Ashley to interfere in Stitch and Abby’s relationship. Stick with the CBS soap to see if Max will stir up more trouble.
