‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thur January 28: Billy Has Second Thoughts – Noah Questions Luca’s Plot Against Victor

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Thursday, January 28, tease that Victor (Eric Braeden) will let Victoria (Amelia Heinle) know he has a message she can convey to Billy (Jason Thompson). Victor will make it clear that “Billy Boy” is not going to be a part of his latest deal. Victoria shouldn’t be too surprised by the news that Victor is shutting Billy out. It’s no secret that Victor wants nothing to do with Billy on any given day.

Meanwhile, Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) will excitedly explain her plot to Billy. The plan is to dupe Victor out of his money and let Natalie (Mara McCaffray) hand over a fake program. Phyllis will get the real one and Victor will be left wondering how he let this happen. Thursday’s preview video shows Phyllis gushing over her spectacular idea. Billy, on the other hand, will start to have some doubts about moving forward.

Phyllis will sense that Billy is having second thoughts about their strategy. When Phyllis presses Billy, he’ll probably offer an explanation that involves Victoria. Billy has been given a second chance with the woman he loves and he doesn’t want to mess things up with another gamble. Billy has taken enough risks lately and he’s ready to settle down for Victoria’s sake.

Phyllis will undoubtedly be bummed if Billy backs out, but it may not make much difference in how she proceeds. Natalie is still on board and Phyllis will likely be confident that they can pull this off on their own. Phyllis will at least want to try. Unfortunately, “The Young and the Restless” rumors hint that Phyllis could run into a few snags soon.

Elsewhere, Noah (Robert Adamson) will question what Luca (Miles Gaston Villanueva) has planned for Victor. Y&R viewers know that Luca is working with Adam (Justin Hartley) in a scheme to overthrow their fathers. Since Adam is a double agent, Luca is inadvertently helping the Newmans sabotage the Santoris.

However, Luca’s dad was not pleased when Victor accused the Santoris of kidnapping Adam. They could be plotting right now, too. Luca might even bring down his father and pin it on Victor. If that happens, Luca could sit back and watch the two families destroy one another.  Nevertheless, it’s tough to believe Luca would emerge victorious in that battle. The Newmans almost always manage to come out on top. Stick with the CBS soap for updates on the potential war.
