‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Monday, October 31: Chelsea Witnesses Nick’s Breakdown – Latest Newman Dirt Thrills Jack – Abby and Summer Face Pressure

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Monday, October 31, tease that Jack (Peter Bergman) will be feel like his plot is going well. With Phyllis’ (Gina Tognoni) help, Jack has certainly created some difficulties for Victor (Eric Braeden). Of course, Jack has yet to deliver the final blow.

Y&R spoilers say Jack will study the information Phyllis just picked up from the board member. He’ll be very pleased by what he sees. Jack will suggest that this is exactly what they need to start digging Victor’s grave. They’ll put their heads together and try to figure out their next move. When the time is right, they’ll be ready to strike.

Meanwhile, Victor will pop in at Newman Enterprises. Abby (Melissa Ordway) will be stunned to see him. She’ll point out that she didn’t expect Victor to get back from his trip so soon. Victor will give a sly grin and suggest that he never really left.

Summer (Hunter King) will be standing nearby and she’ll seem incredibly nervous. We don’t know the details of this scene, but maybe Abby just revealed what she witnessed at the athletic club. In Friday’s episode, Abby watched Phyllis exchange briefcases with the mole. Perhaps she’ll warn Summer about Phyllis’ shady behavior.

That would explain the strange looks when Victor walks in. Phyllis could be in hot water with her daughter before long. Where will Summer’s loyalty lie? Will she side with her mom or her grandpa?

This could put Summer in an incredibly awkward position, but she’s used to feeling torn between the Abbotts and the Newmans. Abby is stuck in the same boat. Stay tuned to see how they work through this dilemma.

Elsewhere, Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) will find Nick (Joshua Morrow) having a meltdown in the back of The Underground. When she enters, Nick will be breaking things in a fit of rage. He won’t be happy to see Chelsea. “The Young and the Restless” preview clip shows Nick shouting, “Not now! Go!”

Chelsea probably won’t know what the right move is. It should be tough to talk to Nick when he’s in this state. Can Chelsea just walk away though? Nick needs some support as he deals with the anniversary of Christian’s death.

“The Young and the Restless” rumors hint that Chelsea and Nick will continue to bond. Their losses will likely help them form a deeper connection. Will love bloom down the road?
