‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Monday July 25: Judge Considers Phyllis’ Outburst, Makes Decision – Chelsea Worries About Adam

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Monday, July 25, tease that Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) will wonder how long Adam (Justin Hartley) can survive in prison without seeing his son. Chelsea knows that Adam has a rough life right now. She doesn’t want Adam to lose sight of his family in the midst of the turmoil.

However, Adam doesn’t seem interested in letting Connor (Gunner and Ryder Gadbois) visit him in the slammer. Even though Victor (Eric Braeden) is responsible for Adam’s predicament, he can’t help but feel ashamed of where he ended up. Adam probably blames himself on some level for letting Victor gain the upper hand.

After all, Adam tried to block Victor’s get-out-of-jail-free card by tipping off Meredith’s (Alicia Coppola) dad. Victor was furious and Adam instantly had a target on his back. Of course, Vic only meant to scare Adam a little. He claims he never actually wanted Adam’s conviction.

Nevertheless, plans went awry and now Adam is paying the price. Adam has been trying to be a father that Connor can be proud of as he grows up. Since Adam is stuck in the state pen, he may feel like he’s a failure. Things should turn around for Adam sooner or later, but he’ll just have to suffer through it for the time being.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers suggest that Victor’s fate will remain uncertain. Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) will have an epic meltdown in the courtroom and it’ll have everyone on edge. The judge will point out that Phyllis’ outburst makes a compelling case for Victor to remain behind bars.

We get it: Victor loves his family members and most of them love him back. So what? That doesn’t excuse what Victor did to Jack (Peter Bergman) and Phyllis. He’s still a criminal at the end of the day.

Then again, Victor did save Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) and Phyllis when Ian (Ray Wise) was holding them hostage. Will that heroic act save Victor or will Phyllis’ tirade keep him locked up? Stay tuned to learn the outcome of Victor’s appeal.

Elsewhere, Billy (Jason Thompson) will get surprising news. Jill (Jess Walton) will finally explain her vision for the future of Brash and Sassy. She’ll insist that she wants Billy to run it with Cane (Daniel Goddard). Billy won’t approve, but it’s better than being forced out completely.

It looks like Victoria (Amelia Heinle) will be coming on board in some capacity as well. Jill wants to spark a reunion for Billy and Victoria by having them work together. Will this scheme pan out? It’s tough to say. Y&R rumors hint that the reveal of Phyllis and Billy’s affair could get in the way. Stick with the CBS soap for updates on what’s in store.
