‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Monday February 15: Neil Falls Down Drunk At Valentine’s Day Party – Billy Proposes to Victoria – Ashley Brought To Hospital, Stitch Worries

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Monday, February 15, tease that Neil (Kristoff St. John) will spot some Champagne for the Valentine’s Day party. At the athletic club, Lily (Christel Khalil) meets up with Neil and mentions that he’s been drinking again. Neil admits he slipped up, but he’s back on the wagon.

Afterwards, Cane (Daniel Goddard) finds Lily and they head up to a suite. They kiss passionately and make love. Meanwhile, Abby (Melissa Ordway) finds Stitch (Sean Carrigan) at the hospital. She gives Stitch a Valentine’s Day gift and tells him she knows he still needs to spend time with Max. Stitch points out that he wants them all to become a real family.

At Jabot, Hilary (Mishael Morgan) and Devon (Bryton James) debate whether Neil will drink again if he works around them. Neil shows up and informs them of his slipup. He’s sorry and wants them to move on. Devon and Hilary are grateful.

Dr. Neville (Michael E. Knight) questions Ashley (Eileen Davidson) about her plans for Valentine’s Day. He hands over a pill bottle with a bow on it. Later, Ashley tells Dr. Neville that she took the pills and she feels better. She wants to attend the Valentine’s Day celebration at the club.

Elsewhere, Billy (Jason Thompson) dreams that Delia (Sophie Pollono) is talking to him about proposing to Victoria (Ameila Heinle). Victoria wakes Billy up and they chat about the event later. Billy hints at other plans and heads off to do something.

At Newman Enterprises, Billy arrives in Victor’s (Eric Braeden) office and announces that he’s going to marry Victoria. He insists that he won’t let Victor stand in their way. Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) seems pleased by the news. Victor says he’s glad Billy was man enough to face him. Billy adds that he needs a favor.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers reveal that Summer (Hunter King) and Natalie (Mara McCaffray) will discuss romance. Summer says Kyle (Lachlan Buchanan) can’t make it to the Valentine’s Day party. Natalie mentions that she’s never had a boyfriend.

Victoria arrives and wants Natalie to keep working, but Natalie insists she needs a break. Summer chimes in and Victoria relents. Victoria receives an invitation from Billy and she’s thrilled. Back at the athletic club, the guests arrive and begin to mingle. Neil starts sneaking glasses of Champagne.

Cane talks to Lily about the improvements in their relationship. However, he still feels they aren’t quite there yet. That’s why Cane hasn’t moved home. Nearby, Abby wonders what’s keeping Stitch. At the hospital, Dr. Neville has brought Ashley in. She became weak as they were leaving for the party. Stitch suggests that they should run a few tests, but Ashley won’t let him.

Back at the celebration, Hilary and Devon share a tender moment. She says Devon is the love of her life. They steal a smooch as Neil watches. Everyone is stunned when Neil suddenly falls on a table. At Top of the Tower, Victoria and Billy dance together. Eventually, Billy gets down on one knee and pops the question.

Victoria happily accepts and they head home to make love. Billy has certainly charmed his way back into Victoria’s heart, but what will happen when his scheme is revealed?
