‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: How Will Phyllis Pay For Her Crime Of Kidnapping Adam Newman?

‘The Young and The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers tease that Phyllis Abbott [Gina Tognoni] may not come out of her Victor Newman [Eric Braeden] revenge scheme unscathed. Phyllis confessed to Jack Abbott [Peter Bergman] that she had Adam Newman [Justin Hartley] kidnapped, but will this come back to bite her?

Now that all the ugly truth is coming out about Victor, Jack, Marco Annicelli [Peter Bergman] and Kelly, will Jack hold back on the kidnapping secret? No doubt the kidnapping revelation will come into play soon, but we have to wonder how it will come out…

Remember Jack went down to the Genoa City PD and confessed his crime? He thought he had killed all those people on the boat and it turns out he did NOT. But Jack didn’t know that when he went down to face his fate – will he hold Phyllis to the same standard?

Jack is not happy about all of Phyllis’ double-dealing with Billy Abbott [Jason Thompson]. Will Jack insist that she confess to her crime or they’re done since she’s been lying to him for months about the internet deal and her Victor revenge scheme?

We know that Victor will find out about Adam’s kidnapping and could try to leverage it for his trial. However, it doesn’t seem like Phyllis confessing to taking his golden son would stop his trial.

But if Victor finds out about the kidnapping, he could blackmail Phyllis into dropping the charges over the Marco incident. But would Phyllis rather face jail time herself than let Victor off the hook for what he did to her with Marco?

And would Adam take Phyllis’s side in the fight? Would he refuse to give testimony or press charges since he has affection for Jack and knows that Victor deserves what he’s getting? If Jack told Victor about the kidnapping – or informed the GCPD – Phyllis would feel very betrayed.

It seems like for months now that Phyllis and Billy have been slowly edging towards a romantic relationship. Could the kidnapping be the last straw for Jack and Phyllis?
