‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday February 19: Dylan Arrests Injured Noah – Nick Angrily Confronts Victor – Marisa Blames Adam for Noah’s Predicament

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Friday, February 19, tease that Victor’s (Eric Braeden) decision to rat out Noah (Robert Adamson) will have major consequences. At the hospital, it appears Noah has been roughed up. Perhaps there was a bit of a struggle in getting Noah back from the island. Noah will be in a fog as Dylan (Steve Burton) announces that he’s under arrest for the hit-and-run accident that almost killed Billy (Jason Thompson).

Meanwhile, Nick (Joshua Morrow) will get updates on Victor’s squealing. “The Young and the Restless” spoilers indicate that Nick will demand to know why Victor would turn his own grandson over to the cops. Victor will probably contend that he needed to teach Noah a lesson for his betrayal. He might even claim that justice needed to be served. Nick won’t understand how Victor could do this to their family.

Elsewhere, Marisa (Sofia Pernas) will rip into Adam (Justin Hartley) for what’s happening to Noah. Friday’s preview video shows Marisa shouting that Noah’s life was in Adam’s hands. She’ll yell that Adam sold Noah out. After Marisa slaps Adam, Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) will intervene.

Marisa will eventually learn that Victor was the one who delivered the news to Paul (Doug Davidson). Adam actually tried to convince Victor not to do it. Nevertheless, Marisa will be distraught over this whole mess. It seems the nightmare is just beginning. We can’t forget that Marisa helped Noah keep everything under wraps.

Some security footage will surface that shows Marisa ditching Noah’s old tires. Marisa will confess to being the driver and Dylan will end up arresting her. Noah obviously won’t let Marisa take the blame for backing over Billy, but she was still involved in all of this. There’s a good chance Marisa will pay the price for her role in the cover-up.

Of course, Victor won’t want to send Noah to prison indefinitely. He just wants to watch Noah sweat through a trial. It looks like Judge Elise Moxley (Jensen Buchanan) will once again be forced into a difficult situation thanks to Victor. He’ll resolve to make sure Noah doesn’t get convicted. However, Y&R rumors hint that Elise may give Victor some trouble. Stick with the CBS soap to see how things will turn out for Noah.
