‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Could Bella DNA Test Reunite Chloe And Billy?

‘The Young and the Restless’ spoilers reveal that Chloe Mitchell [Elizabeth Hendrickson] and Billy Abbott [Jason Thompson] are on a collision course back into each other’s lives. The actress has just signed on to stick around Genoa City which mean romance is a possibility,

Kevin Fisher [Greg Rikaart] may not be Bella’s [Cali May Kinder] daddy, but Kevin is determined to figure out who is the little girl’s father. Mariah Copeland [Camryn Grimes] is also doing some digging of her own. Eventually someone is going to figure out that Chloe appropriated sperm from Billy and Bella is his daughter.

Once Billy finds out what Chloe did he’s going to be fuming mad. Obviously Billy and Chloe have a lot of issues that need to be worked out. The mystery behind Bella’s paternity needs to be resolved. Is the toddler Billy’s daughter? If so, co-parenting should be of the utmost importance to Billy and Chloe.

There hasn’t been any real closure for Chloe and Billy as parents since Delia Abbott’s [Sophie Pollono] death. That’s just another of the many things these two need to deal with in order to move forward.

In a recent interview with ABC Soaps in Depth the actress revealed, “That ball was really dropped. Victoria and Billy were going for grief counseling after the death, but for some reason Chloe wasn’t part of it.”

‘Y&R’ spoilers indicate that the personal, not necessarily romantic, relationship between Chloe and Billy isn’t over. The two will always share the pain of Delia’s death and there will always be more to the story as the years go by.

Then there’s the possibility that Billy is Bella’s daddy. Either Billy can hate Chloe for all the lies and manipulations or he can forgive her. Bella deserves two parents who can love her more than they hate each other. The last thing Billy and Chloe need to do is fight for custody of Bella. Hasn’t everyone been through enough already?
