‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Billy and Kevin Talk About Bella’s Daddy – Chloe’s Lies Impacting Lives

Kevin (Greg Rikaart) and Billy (Jason Thompson) became drinking buddies on ‘The Young and the Restless’. In this instance, smoothies served as their liquid pleasure at the bar of the Genoa City Athletic Club. Different than the previous night at The Underground, when he pumped Natalie (Mara McCaffray) for business information about Victor (Eric Braeden) and Travis (Michael Roark), Billy wasn’t able to learn anything. But his thirst for facts about the father of Chloe’s (Elizabeth Hendrickson) second-born daughter will eventually be quenched.

Bella (Cali May Kinder) looks remarkably similar to Delia (Sophie Pollono), according to everyone on Y&R. That belief is natural considering Delia and Bella share the same parents, which only Chloe and the viewers know. Of course, there isn’t enough information available to prove that anyone other than Billy is this little girl’s father. So, for the moment, let’s assume that’s true.

Chloe is a master manipulator, which makes her nothing like her own mother Esther (Kate Linder). So, this personality trait might come from her daddy’s side. Her father, a plumber whose nickname was ‘Tiny’, was a side character who Esther was involved with one time many years ago. He never saw Esther after their encounter and has not been seen in Genoa City ever since. So, Chloe might be using her own backstory in response to questions about Bella’s father. Esther’s story about Chloe’s father and Chloe’s rap about Bella’s dad are nearly identical.

Regarding what is known about Bella’s paternity, Chloe stole a portion of Billy’s biological material and had herself artificially inseminated. That act caused Bella’s conception and subsequent birth. Fans know this information has yet to be fully confirmed through current genetic tests. So, Billy might not be Bella’s father. But Chloe is operating on the belief that he is and viewers must do the same unless further evidence is shown.

Scenes earlier at Crimson Lights earlier in the week showed Billy and Chloe discussing Bella’s paternity as well. Chloe appeared to appease Billy’s curiosity. However, at some point at least one person who’s life has been impacted by Chloe’s amoral choice will likely learn the truth.
