Dylan and Avery (Jessica Collins) lost an unborn child a number of years ago. At a later point in time he believed that he was Connor’s (Gunner and Ryder Gadbois) father. So, he’ll be devastated when he learns that Sully isn’t his child. Depending upon what information he discovers, Dylan might also initially believe that Christian is Nick’s son.
Nick believed he lost Christian and then actually lost Sage (Kelly Sullivan). He’ll be trapped between joy and pain if he learns that Christian is still alive. Elated that his son never died, but enraged that Sharon kept the truth from him. However, Nick could simultaneously become aware that the boy who everyone has been calling Sully is actually Adam’s (formerly played by Justin Hartley) biological child. In that instance, a third feeling will be forced into Nick’s brain, betrayal.
Adam told Chelsea that he was Christian’s father. But, ‘Chadam’ decided that it wasn’t necessary to provide that information to Nick. The super couple didn’t want to add to his burden, as he was grieving the loss of his wife at that time. Chelsea will have a choice to make if, among Dylan, Nick and herself, she’s the first to learn that Sully is Christian. She could allow Nick to think he’s regained his child, or tell her brother-in-law that Christian is actually his nephew.
There are other Genoa City residents who will be impacted by the Christian reveal as well. Victor (Eric Braden) and the rest of his Newman clan will be affected. If the ‘Moustache’ is the first to obtain this information he’ll surely play the family card.
Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) either caused Adam’s death, or left him to apparently die. She’s currently claiming to be Chelsea’s best friend and will be entangled in this reveal outcome to some extent. How Chloe would use this information is uncertain because she’s a wild card.
Kevin’s (Greg Rikaart) investigatory skills are legendary. So, it’s possible that he uncovers information that somehow leads to this storyline climax. His boss, Paul (Doug Davidson), believes that he’s Sully’s grandfather. The chief will surely be heartbroken to learn that he doesn’t have a grandson and that his son, Dylan, isn’t a father.
