‘The Young and the Restless’ POLL: Is Chloe the Most Despicable Person on Y&R? VOTE!

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers tease that Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) will attempt to juggle her many secrets. She came back to town on a mission for vengeance and now she could have a tough time keeping her actions under wraps. Kevin (Greg Rikaart) seems convinced that Chloe is suddenly a perfect angel, but Y&R viewers know better.

How do you feel about Chloe and her constant quest for revenge? Is Chloe the most despicable person on the CBS soap? We’d say she’s a definite contender. Of course, there are plenty of other appalling and ruthless characters on The Young and the Restless. For example, Ian (Ray Wise) and Victor (Eric Braeden) have certainly done their fair share of evil acts.

However, Ian doesn’t try too hard to hide his wicked nature. He actually delights in wreaking havoc. Plus, Ian is…well, Ian. It’s kind of hard not to root for him and his creative chaos. Victor is also pretty villainous on any given day, but he usually backs off once he’s delivered his punishment.

Chloe, on the other hand, just won’t let go of her payback plot. During her previous trip home, Chloe nearly shot Adam in the park and later ran over him outside the courthouse. For this run, Chloe teamed up with Victor to frame Adam for a crime he didn’t commit.

Victor never intended on letting Adam go to prison, but Chloe went rogue. Adam’s stint in the slammer led to hallucinations, a violent attack, and another 10-year sentence. He felt like his world had fallen apart, but Victor gave him hope with a new plan.

Even after all of that, Chloe just couldn’t let Adam go. She shot him with a tranquilizer gun and insisted that she wanted to watch him die. What about Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) and her pain? Isn’t she supposed to be Chloe’s bestie? Apparently, Chloe values vengeance more than friendship.

Then, we have little Connor (Gunner and Ryder Gadbois). Chloe has watched him play right next to Bella (Cali May Kinder). Doesn’t she have the smallest bit of compassion? Why should Connor have to suffer because of Chloe’s grudge?

The worst part is that Adam isn’t even guilty. First of all, we don’t know for sure that Adam was the one who ran over Delia (Sophie Pollono). Even if he was, it was simply an accident. Adam didn’t intentionally mow down Chloe’s daughter out of spite. He didn’t even know that he’d done it at the time.

Honestly, Billy (Jason Thompson) is guiltier than Adam. He left Delia alone in the car that night. Fortunately, it looks like Chloe probably backed out of killing Adam at the cabin. There may be another explanation for the explosion that occurred.
