“The Young and the Restless” viewers know that Adam (Justin Hartley) is no stranger to trouble. He just can’t seem to stay on the right side of the law. Sometimes Adam is wrongfully accused and other times he’s actually guilty. Adam has now been charged with the murder of Constance Bingham (Sally Kellerman). Did Adam really poison Constance before her death?
Let’s examine both sides so you can vote on Adam’s innocence or culpability. Adam has certainly done his fair share of lying. He masqueraded as Gabriel and had nearly everyone in town fooled. We can’t forget about the Paragon Project either.
Adam was even willing to work with Ian (Ray Wise) to get the job done. When Adam wants something, he does whatever it takes to achieve it. If that means breaking the law, then so be it.
Nevertheless, “The Young and the Restless” is trying to make Adam a good guy at the moment. He’s not exactly Genoa City’s most upstanding citizen, but he’s trying to do the right thing. Of course, that’s when obstacles usually come. It could mean this is just another tough break for Adam.
It is a little odd that Sage’s (Kelly Sullivan) journal suddenly appeared and pointed the finger at Adam. Now there’s supposedly evidence against him and he’s left to prove he’s blameless. The unexpected mess seems to hint that Adam could be innocent.
Y&R spoilers reveal that Adam will soon reach out to Nick (Joshua Morrow) for assistance. He’ll reiterate that he didn’t kill Constance and ask Nick to back him up. Nick was the one who wanted Adam arrested in the first place, so it could be an indication of Adam’s innocence if he manages to get his brother on his side.
Regardless, Adam is going to have a battle on his hands. If Sage’s journal was tampered with, Adam will have difficulty proving it. The only solution is probably to find the person responsible for the setup. That may or may not be Victor (Eric Braeden). This mystery just keeps getting deeper. Stick with “The Young and the Restless” for updates on the surprises ahead.
So Y&R fans, what do you think about the accusations against Adam? Did he truly murder Constance or did someone frame him? Vote in our poll and don’t forget to check Soap Opera Spy often for the latest “Young and the Restless” spoilers, rumors, updates and news.
