‘The Young And The Restless’ News: Y&R Audition Tape Leaked – Bobby Neely Auditions For Lily’s New Love Interest, Ryder!

‘The Young and the Restless’ rumors are flying! Ever since it was announced that ‘Y&R’ sent out a casting call for a character named Ryder, fans are wondering if this is a recast for Malcom Winters [formerly Shemar Moore] or if a new man is headed to Genoa City.

Actor Bobby Neely has auditioned for the role of Ryder and it seems from the audition that the sexy photographer shares a past with Lily Ashby [Christel Khalil]. This is entirely possible because Lily did live in Paris with Drucilla Winters [formerly Victoria Rowell]. Lily did some modeling while living in Paris.

From the conversation, Lily has with Ryder ‘Y&R’ spoilers tease that these two have worked together at some point in their careers.

Part of the conversation in the audition tape from Bobby Neely has Lily telling Ryder how much she loves the campaign he shot for the competition – something called the Vamp line.

Lily laughs and says, “You’re so A-List now!” Ryder also laughs and smugly replies, “You know that old saying where talent ultimately rises to the top? It’s true!”

Ryder, a gifted photographer who will be employed for Brash & Sassy, bumps into Lily and the two talk about the past and people they have worked with “in the business.”

Ryder is surprised Lily is married with two children and the handsome guy notes Lilly is just too beautiful to be your average soccer mom.

Lily doesn’t have a lot of time to stick around talk to Ryder because she’s in a rush to meet Cane Ashby [Daniel Goddard] for an anniversary dinner date. Ryder is surprised that Lily and Cane got married on Valentine’s Day.

If this rumor is true about a new love interest for Lily, the line from Bobby Neely’s audition tape indicates that Ryder will show up in Genoa City sometime in February. Just in time to spoil Lily and Cane’s wedding anniversary perhaps?
