‘The Young and The Restless’ News: Y&R Alum Kelli Goss Joins “Furst Born”

Courtney Sloane (Kelli Goss) died at the hands of a mysterious serial killer on ‘The Young and the Restless’. Courtney may be dead and burried but her portrayer Kelli Goss has found life elsewhere. Deadline.com reports that the actress has joined ‘Furst Born’.

Goss since departing Y&R has been pretty low-key. But now comes good news, she is set to play Brianna in the CBS pilot, “Furst Born.” Briana is the youngest of two siblings. Brianna is said to be one who can shine at a public event just by being there. Goss will be a series regular for the CBS comedy pilot. The show is said to be about family, mainly about a wife and a mother who finds out she was adopted as a child and the her birth parents are a very loving family. Goss joins Brooke Elliott and Swoosie Kurtz, John Carroll Lynch and Katey Sagal.

Goss previously played an undercover cop on “Y&R”, who was in a relationship with Noah Newman (Robert Adamson). The two characters were set to wed but due to her discovery in the serial killer storyline she met her demise on April 6, 2015. Apart from her time on the CBS soap, she has appeared on: The Big Bang Theory as Chelsea, Hollywood Heights as Kim, Big Time Rush as Jennifer, Hannah Montana as Chelsea, Sexting in Suburbia, Memphis Beat, Victorious, United States of Tara, My Name is Earl, I’m in a Band and True Jackson VP.
