‘The Young And The Restless’ News: Tristan Rogers Teases New Project ‘My Soap Cafe’

‘The Young and the Restless’ star Tristan Rogers (Colin Atkinson) is about to launch his own project called My Soap Cafe. In question of his absence on Y&R, Rogers took to Twitter to let everyone know of his new project. “I want to alert everyone to a new project I am about to launch called mysoapcafe.com. This is an internet show coming show” tweeted the fan favorite.

This is a project Rogers had been working on for quite a while. Though the website is not officially opened it should be up soon according to Rogers’ post. The details surrounding this internet show are pretty much nil at this point. No information on how long it will last, the show description nor the cast.

Since Rogers is a well established daytime actor we can’t help but wonder if this show will feature any of the current or former soap stars. Also no release date has been given yet so stay tuned to Soap Opera Spy as soon as more information is available we will alert you, our avid readers.

In regards to his recurring role on Y&R, it seems we will not be seeing Colin anytime soon. When a viewer queried what’s happening with him at Y&R he replied “nothing…yet”. Clearly no episodes are in the works yet for this stalwart, but we hope to see him soon.

Rogers is also well known for playing Robert Scorpio on ‘General Hospital’. He was able to appear on both Y&R and GH at one point, should he continue to do this? Of course it would be good to see Colin stir up some more trouble in Genoa City and Robert be there for his former lover Anna DeVane (Finola Hughes) in Port Charles. What do you think fans?
