‘The Young And The Restless’ News: Robert Adamson Shares Adorable Video Of Daughter Aleda Learning Parkour

‘The Young and the Restless’ Robert Adamson [Noah Newman] is teaching his daughter Aleda all about Parkour. The proud daddy shared an adorable video of the two-year-old recently.

If you’re not up on your Parkour knowledge here is a little information. It’s a training discipline that uses movement developed from military obstacle course training. It includes running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, and rolling.

Aleda isn’t a Parkour expert quite yet but she certainly giving it her all. As Aleda runs in a circle and jumps into the sand Robert tells the little blonde cutie, “Yell Parkour!” to which she responds, “Parkour!” Then a smiling Aleda takes off running in the sand.

Robert Adamson celebrated his birthday just a few days before the Parkour training activity. Aleda’s mom, ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Linsey Godfrey [Caroline Forrester] posted a video of the couple’s daughter singing happy birthday to her daddy.

Linsey and Robert may have ended their engagement but there isn’t any animosity between them. Linsey captioned the video, “Aleda sings happy birthday to her daddy @rgaiphone!
Happy birthday Bobby! I hope you have an amazing day! Thank you for being such an incredible daddy to our daughter and such an awesome co-parenting partner!”

Aleda Adamson is just adorable and a lucky little girl. Obviously Robert and Linsey love their daughter very much and enjoy sharing photos and videos of her with ‘The Young and the Restless’ and ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ viewers.
