Not only will February of 2017 mark 37 years for Eric Braeden playing the man in charge of things on Y&R, but also on February 7th 2017, Harper Collins will release Eric Braeden’s autobiography, “I’ll Be Damned.” So be sure to grab a copy.
Eric Braeden recently sat down with Soap Opera Digest and revealed this news and more. Eric says “If anyone had suggested I would still be here, I would have said they were out of their mind. I had no clue.” He is just as surprised as most fans that he has been with Y&R for 37 years.
One thing is for sure “The Young and the Restless” would not be the same without “The Mustache,” he keeps things interesting. Victor Newman definitely keeps everyone on their toes in Genoa City. Eric is a phenomenal actor. Over the years there have been plenty of rumors floating around that Eric Braeden was leaving the show, but they were just that “Rumors!”
As Eric Braeden thinks about his future and what it means for the show, he intends on sticking around. His exact words are “No, I am an ornery son of a b—h and I will fight to the last. I still work out. I still do Olympic lifting. I still box, so no, I don’t give up!” Does this make all you Eric Braeden fans happy? It is awesome news!
