‘The Young and Restless’ News: How Y&R Honored Show’s Creators With An Amazing Tribute

The Young and Restless is approaching the 11,000th epsoide, a milestone made possible due to the vision of Bell Sr. and Lee Bell. We are so thankful for them making the show possible for all of us Y&R fans. We don’t know about you but our lives would not be the same without The Young and the Restless.

According to Soap Opera Digest magazine “Chloe’s daughter being named Bella is no coincidence: It was specifically chosen as a homage to Y&R co-creaters William J. Bell and his wife Lee Phillip Bell.”  They go on to say “Bella was born as a tribute to our origins, and an expression of gratitude to the Bells and fans who have made Y&R day time’s most watched soap.”

With Chloe Mitchell’s (Elizabeth Hendrickson) return on Y&R it has really shaken things up in Genoa City. Fans are eagerly awaiting the reveal of Bella’s (Callie May Kinder) father. With some wanting it to be Billy and others wanting it to be Kevin. What if the writers threw a twist in the storyline and neither be her father? Would that surprise you Y&R viewers? Let’s hope that does not happen but anything is possible on the soaps.

Little Bella is already winning the hearts of Y&R fans everywhere. Some are even talking about how much she resembles Delia Abbott (Sophie Pollono). Do you think Bella favors Delia? The Young and the Restless has done an amazing job as casting her for Chloe’s daughter.

Y&R’s Chloe Mitchell has done some sketchy things on the show, would you be surprised if it came out that Bella was not even Chloe’s daughter? That could be another twist that really shocks the fans. We can’t put anything past Chloe!
