‘The Walking Dead Spoilers’ Big Changes In Season 7: Less Comic Book References

What is to come in Season 7 of “The Walking Dead”? There has been so many spoiler alerts about the outcome of the final scene of season 6, Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) and Lucille, his bat. Which of the main characters will be on the receiving end of Lucille, resulting in their death?

What about the rest of the story lines that were left hanging, unanswered? What about Carol (Melissa McBride) and Morgan (Lennie James)? Carol had left the group, trying so hard to escape the reality of how many people have died at her hands. Morgan had left the group to search for Carol. Will they return to the original group, will they branch out with another group?

Carl (Chandler Riggs) had left Enid (Katelyn Nacon) locked in a closet. Did she escape from the closet, what happened to her?

The Loyal Fans and followers of “The Walking Dead” series know that this whole drama was created from the comic book version of the “The Walking Dead”. Following the comic book series, the storyline has been close to television version so that all the followers will continue to watch the show. However, it has been released that in an interview with one of the Directors, Gregory Nicotero, that Season 7 will not be a complete adaption of the comic book series.

Nicotero recently dished, “ I don’t think we would be doing the material justice if we just regurgitated it word for word. There are iconic moments, and there are things that we will pay tribute to, and even if we don’t do it exactly the same way that we find it in the comic book, we will find a way for fans of the graphic novel to feel like they are getting their money’s worth.”

How much of “The Walking Dead” storyline will follow the comic book series? How will these changes enhance the entertainment for the fans? Will the variance from the comic series lose the interest of the loyal followers? Let us know what you think in the comments below.

Destiny Dukes

My name is Destiny Dukes, and I first got into soaps in 2013. I started watching General Hospital and The Bold and the Beautiful. I felt a connection with the characters and loved the stories as well. I even became interested in older storylines from before I started watching. I eventually picked up The Young and the Restless in 2016. I love writing as well and have been writing since I was in elementary school.
