From The Walking Dead’s (TWD) Season 1, it seemed that Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) was the one to turn to in crisis, and that he was able to keep things somewhat under control. Although we have seen some characters die through the years, there hasn’t been one as profound as the one we witnessed on the cliffhanger.
TWD’s biggest season premiere yet is approaching quickly. Viewers will be on the edge of their seats to see the fallout of Negan’s torture and watch who will stay in the Sanctuary with his group of about 70 people, referred to as the “Saviors”. Besides the Sanctuary, we have other settlements to consider, there still is “The Hilltop Colony” and “Alexandria”; and also the introduction of “The Kingdom”.

Fans have speculated every which way possible, but no one knows for sure until the premiere on Sunday, October 23rd. The Walking Dead’s trailers for upcoming Season 7, show that Negan is the one in control and everything going forward will be his way. He tells the newcomers, “There are rules. You earn what you take.” Negan means business when he says, “You should know, this is the only way!”
With Negan staking claim as “top dog”, do you think that Abraham (Michael Cudlitz), Daryl (Norman Reedus), Rick (Andrew Lincoln) or Glenn (Steve Yeun) will follow his direct orders, or will they fight it with everything they have left? IF they are not the ones who met Lucille’s fate!

Regardless of how strong Negan is and how much control he has over other people, fans cannot help but wonder how long it will take for the group to reunite and fight back. They have done battle with a villain like Negan before. Remember the Governor (David Morrissey)? He was another brutal enemy, but in the end, they beat him. The survivors just need to remember that this is a fight for survival!! Be sure to watch the Season 7 Premiere of AMC’s The Walking Dead on Sunday, October 23rd at 9 p.m. ET.
