‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers: Quinn Stands Up for Eric as a Leader – Eric Swayed by Quinn’s Ideas – Ridge Preps Team for Takedown

“The Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers for Tuesday, September 6, tease that Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will be increasingly irritated by Eric’s (John McCook) refusal to listen. It doesn’t matter how many times they try to convince him. Eric just won’t accept that Quinn (Rena Sofer) is a bad influence and a danger to the company.

Nevertheless, it appears Steffy and Ridge will want to give it another attempt. They’ll be on the hunt for Eric at Forrester Creations, but they’ll find Quinn instead. Quinn won’t hesitate to speak her mind about the situation. She knows what the Forresters think of her, but that doesn’t matter. This is really about Eric and his ability to lead the family business.

Quinn will contend that Eric shouldn’t be forced out. He may be old enough to retire, but that doesn’t mean he has to. Tuesday’s preview shows Quinn declaring, “You know, just because a person becomes a certain age doesn’t mean they should be pushed aside. Eric still has so much more to contribute.”

Of course, Quinn is obviously pulling a few strings behind the scenes. All Quinn has to do is drop some hints and Eric starts making changes. “The Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers suggest that Quinn will urge Eric to work out and maintain a better diet.

Eric will tell Pam (Alley Mills) that Quinn might be right. He’ll think maybe they should ditch the lemon bar recipe in favor of a healthier option. How dare Quinn try to remove this beloved treat from the office? Too far, Quinn! Too far!

Fortunately, Ridge has a plan that could get rid of Quinn and her power over Eric. B&B spoilers say Ridge will hold a meeting to discuss how their takedown efforts are going. He’ll ask Steffy, Thomas (Pierson Fode), Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Rick (Jacob Young) to join in.

Ridge will explain that everything seems to be on track. Bill (Don Diamont) is going to give his shares to Brooke and she intends on selling them to Ridge. These shares will serve as Ridge’s secret weapon. They have to stop Quinn and her inevitable destruction.

“The Bold and the Beautiful” rumors indicate that some snags are coming. Could Katie (Heather Tom) or Rick get in the way? What about Quinn’s potential counterattack?
