‘The Bold And The Beautiful’ News: Scott Clifton To Sing Song On ‘B&B’ During Liam And Steffy Montage

‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ spoilers tease that fan favorite Scott Clifton [Liam Spencer] will sing a song entitled ‘The Song that Never Played” on Thursday’s episode. The original song was written by the show’s Supervising Producer Casey Kasprzyk.

Scott Clifton is very talented and ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ is making use of his fine talent. Not only can he act but he can sing as well. It was with the release of the ‘Girl Go Home’ album that fans saw another side of their favorite actor.

Spoilers reveal that the song will be played while the crew is still in Monte Carlo. Liam will be reflecting on the times he shared with Steffy [Jacqueline McInnes Woods] and the song will played “for an important and moving Liam/Steffy montage set against the backdrop of Monte Carlo” shared Michael Fairman.

Kaspryzk spoke of the important moment as he reflected on how the song came about. “I was completely drawn into Scott Clifton’s performance. It was the first scene of the day, and Monte Carlo was desolate. It created an amazing visual. So I scribbled down some lyrics and wrote out a draft on the plane ride home. After Tony Ferrari [co-writer] worked out a melody, we discussed with Brad Bell [executive producer/head writer] who should sing the song,” he shared.

Further adding that when they were wondering of whom to sing they saw Clifton as the perfect fit.  Clifton was very pleased and honored he shared. “I was surprised that the show asked me to sing the song — it’s such a sweet, subtle, pretty song — mostly because I just don’t think of myself as a singer, but when they told me that they’d heard my own music and thought my voice would be a nice fit, I was honored,” he tells Soap Opera Digest.  Look for the song to air in the Thursday July 28 episode!
