Lauren Beale of LA Times calls this kind of actor-to-actor, “handoff” property sale “typical for the area.” Presumably then, for us non-Los Angeles residents, most owners put their homes on the market and they are sold to buyers for various reasons after many have seen them. But in Studio City, a home often goes from possession by one actor to possession by another. Either there are just a whole lot of actors living in Studio City, or actor friends will let one another know about homes they are putting on the market if they are looking to move.

The home includes three bedrooms and two baths. Outside it boasts a swimming pool and ample deck. Reporter Beale, describes the home as “…tucked away on a secluded, three-acre hillside lot. The quiet spot looks out on canyon and trees.” This description could double for one of the quaint cabin Quinn is keeping Liam in, making believe they are Adam and Eve, while engaging in some classically Quinn manipulations of people and events.

Clifton has won three daytime Emmy awards, while Arkin has won three primetime Emmys and one daytime Emmy (for a non-soap role). Clifton has portrayed characters on General Hospital and One Life to Live. Arkin, son of Academy-award winner Alan Arkin, most memorable performance was that of Aaron Schutt on Chicago Hope. He has appeared in various other films, television shows, and plays over the years, and has been nominated and won several other prestigious awards in that time as well.
