“The Bold and the Beautiful” (B&B) alum Kim Matula [ex-Hope Logan] has been cast as Tiffany in the Lifetime Channel drama UnREAL. The actress has filmed 10 episodes for the television’s show’s second season.
UnREAL is described as a “fictitious behind-the-scenes look at the chaos surrounding the production of a dating completion program. The provocative drama shows how a young producer manipulates her relationships with, and among, the contestants to get the dramatic footage that the program’s executive producer demands.”
Kim’s character Tiffany will portray one of the contestants vying for the bachelor’s heart. The entire first season of UnREAL is available for streaming on Hulu. Shiri Appleby portrays Rachel, the producer whose job it is to turn ordinary people into television characters. Tiffany, an All-American girl, the daughter of an NFL team owner, joins the show in order to make her mark on the world.
The second season of UnREAL will premiere in the spring for 2016. It was called “The Best of 2015” by Variety, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and Indiewire, just to name a few. MTV declares that the Lifetime primetime show has “the best TV characters,” and AFI nominated UnREAL for its Top 10 TV Shows Award.
Constance Zimmer [Quinn King] won a Best Supporting Actress Critics’ Choice Award for her portrayal of Quinn King, the manipulative executive producer of the fictitious dating show Everlasting.
UnREAL is a not-to-be missed television show, especially for “B&B” fans. Get ready to watch Kim Matula as bachelorette Tiffany. There’s no telling what she will do!
