‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ News: Heather Tom Not Leaving ‘B&B’ – What Does Katie’s Future Hold?

Good news for all you Heather Tom fans, if you love watching her on “The Bold and the Beautiful” portraying the part of Katie Logan Spencer then you will be thrilled to hear that she is not going anywhere!

Heather Tom recently revealed to ABC’s Soaps In Depth that she re-upped her contract back in August. So this means she is not going anywhere despite the rumors. Heather says “I’m excited to see what kind of (plots) come up and am so excited to be continuing on the show.“

Recently on B&B Katie Spencer and her husband Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) filed for a divorce, so with that happening and her no longer involved at Spencer Publications, where does this leave her character? Would you like to see the writers do something new and fresh?

For some time now it’s been Katie and her sister Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) going back and forth at each other over Katie’s husband Bill. Now that their divorce is in the works and Katie claims to have moved on and could care less if Brooke is with Bill or not, do you think the writers will finally bring that storyline to an end? It would be awesome if they would let Katie be happy again.

Would you B&B fans like for the writers to bring in a new man for Katie? It seems like they all keep going back forth with the same men on the show and it’s getting old. Fans are getting tired of the same old storylines repeating themselves. However, this is a soap that we are talking about and that’s what they are known best for.

Heather Tom is definitely a phenomenal actress and has been with CBS’s for the better part of 26 years. She deserves to have a great storyline.
