Soap Poll: Which Pregnancy Has Been Most Ridiculous -Sharon Newman, Caroline Forrester, And More – Vote Now!

Sometimes storylines in soap operas fly by, and often they seem to go on for what feels like forever. Soap Opera Spy picked a few soapy pregnancies that we think were ridiculously short. Sharon Newman

Sharon Newman’s [“Y&R,” Sharon Case] pregnancy was ultra-quick, considering she lost her baby in late August and TOLD Mariah [Camryn Grimes] that she conceived again in September. Now two months later, she delivers a full-term baby boy. Sharon hasn’t questioned the math, yet. Her doctor, Dr. Anderson [Elizabeth Bogush] explained to her daughter that she never miscarried over the summer, and that’s why her baby is full-term. Mariah seemed to buy her explanation. Sharon’s pregnancy was only two months [ if only, everyone’s pregnancy could be exactly like that].

Caroline Forrester

Caroline Forrester [“B&B,” Linsey Godfrey] announced she was pregnant just a few months ago and almost immediately she looked five to six months along.  It looks like the writers are planning on SORAS her pregnancy. One can expect she’ll deliver within a few weeks if they keep growing her baby bump.

Olivia Falconeri

Olivia Falconeri’s [“GH,” Lisa LoCicero] pregnancy seemed to happen over a two-month period.  She announced she was pregnant and began to be blackmailed by Nina [Michelle Stafford] and Franco [Roger Howarth] about her child’s biological father. She decided to tell Julian [William DeVry] that Ned Ashton [Wally Kurth] was the father of the infant. Eventually, the news was leaked that Julian was the baby’s daddy and Olivia had to act fast to protect her son. She told Julian that their child died shortly after birth. The lie caught up with her after a few months, and she was forced into co-parenting agreement with the mobster. Her pregnancy lasted about two months- from start to finish.

Sabrina Santiago

Sabrina Santiago [“GH,” Teresa Castillo] announced she was pregnant during November sweeps. She seems like she is ready to deliver any moment now. Fans are supposed to believe with her big belly that Michael [Chad Duell] didn’t think she was pregnant? Of course, her pregnancy wasn’t short exactly, because she was withholding her expectant status because the real father was presumed dead, and well a hated mobster.  Which pregnant storyline do you think was the most ridiculous?
