‘General Hospital’ Weekly Spoilers September 19-23: Nelle Gets Closer To Someone – Claudette’s Secret Revealed, Nathan Stunned – Finn And Hayden Celebrate

General Hospital spoilers for the week of September 19 to September 23 promise to bring on bombshells, secrets will be revealed, new loves developing and a shoulder, or two to lean on in tough times.

General Hospital fans have been in a tizzy lately, with Nurse Sabrina Santiago (Teresa Castillo) the latest victim of the hospital serial killer, and Dr. Monica Quartermaine’s (Leslie Charleson) on the rebound from the killer’s failed attempt at taking her life, thanks to Sabrina reviving her before the killer, D.A. Paul Hornsby (Richard Burgi) finished her off.

Tracy and Monica agree with PCPD Police Commissioner, Jordan Ashford (Vinessa Antione) and the General Hospital board, and have the hospital shut down, at least until the serial killer is caught. How long before Paul is caught? Monica remembers the scent; will she remember who wore that type of cologne? With the hospital shut down, what does this mean for the hospital staff, or the hospital? Will they be able to reopen it?

Spoilers reveal that Tracy puts her foot down, is this in regard to the closing of General Hospital, or will she be going to battle Dr. Joe Rivera (Jeffrey Vincent Parise) for custody of Sabrina’s son, Teddy. Michael and Tracy are the only family Teddy has, but Joe is a blood relative, could they be fighting a losing battle?

GH’s Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) always wants the best for her children and when she found out that Michael (Chad Duell) was about to propose to Sabrina. Carly felt that Sabrina wasn’t the love of Michael’s life and she has never been one to bite her tongue. Michael disagreed and went to General Hospital to find Sabrina, so he could propose to her.

Instead he came upon her dead body when Felix DuBois (Marc Samuel) found her in an empty GH patient room. After saying his final goodbye to Sabrina at General Hospital, Michael returned to the Metro Court, where Carly apologized to Michael, but he coldly brushes her off. Could this be the straw that breaks Michael? He has lost way too much to cope anymore. How will Michael’s father, Sonny (Maurice Benard) deal with the news of Sabrina’s death, and how Carly interfered in Michael’s happiness again?

General Hospital’s newest resident, Nelle Hayes (Chloe Lanier) has found a job and a place to stay; she seems to have an instant connection with Nina and Carly, but this week she will be there when someone needs her. Is it possible that this person could be Michael Corinthos?

Fans know that Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) have been having a difficult time lately, thanks to his ex-wife Claudette “CJ” Boland (Bree Williamson) showing up in town and then Nathan punching Dr. Griffin Munro (Matt Cohen) when he figured out that Griffin was the man he shot when he caught his “wife” in bed with him. We will find out this week exactly what Claudette is doing in Port Charles, and what her intentions are.

The way Nathan acted would have ended most engagements; he seemed almost obsessed with Claudette, and now Maxie is keeping her distance from him. Is Maxie afraid of confronting Nathan, or does she have a secret of her own that she is keeping from him. Will this couple be able to reunite and what is the stunning news Nathan gets this week?

General Hospital’s Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) and Hayden Barnes Cassadine (Rebecca Budig) have become a couple that fans can root for. By the end of the week they will be having a celebratory toast. What could they be celebrating? Is it possible that Hayden’s newly discovered sister, Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst), will cover for her about the diamonds in the police custody.
