‘General Hospital’ Weekly Spoilers Sept 12-16: Franco & Jason Call A Truce – Paul Kills Again – Morgan Spirals Further

The “General Hospital” (GH) spoilers for this coming week will bring a truce of sorts, promises made with love, a bitter mother/son argument, people seeking advice, blackmail, and emotional pleas.

While beloved nurse, Elizabeth Webber’s (Rebecca Herbst) health takes a turn for the worse; after being pushed down the stairs, you can expect the unexpected. Bitter enemies Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) and Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) allow their emotions take the backseat as they work together to comfort and guide Elizabeth and Jason’s son, Jake (Hudson West) through this difficult time. How long will the truce last between them?

Jason’s hatred for Franco is valid; what man could ever forgive another for assaulting his wife, Sam (Kelly Monaco) and not only pretend that he raped her, he also made them both believe he was the father to her unborn baby? Even though Franco’s actions were blamed on a brain tumor, the depth of the destruction it caused, has never quite healed.

General Hospital’s Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) has been on bit of a roller coaster lately, hasn’t he? First, he loses all of his research because of bitter Dr. Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), who insists he is a drug addict and should not be practicing medicine at all. He then ends up on the wrong side of the law, and in a holding cell at the PCPD. The only person able to save him is the daughter of a man who swindled him out of a lot of money, Hayden Barnes Cassadine (Rebecca Budig).

Had it not been for Dr. Finn’s insistence that Hayden shares one last drink with him before she skips town after Elizabeth threatens to bring in Hayden’s stolen diamonds to the police; Hayden would have been long gone from Port Charles. Police Commissioner, Jordan Ashford (Vinessa Antoine) catches up with them at Perks Café and promptly arrests Hayden.

Dr. Finn calls P.I. Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) to help with their “mutual friend”, and together they discover new evidence that exonerates Hayden of attempting to kill Elizabeth. General Hospital’s Dr. Finn is not healthy, and we have seen Hayden save him on more than one occasion. It doesn’t take much for Curtis to realize something is “off” with him. Do you think that Finn is going to tell him the truth, or will he continue to hide what is really going on?

This week on General Hospital we will also see a softer side of Hayden. Don’t be surprised if you only catch a glimpse of it though. She visits Liz, and when Liz starts freaking out and buzzing for help because she still believes Hayden is the one who pushed her, Franco comes in the room and tells them both to cut it out, and that they are sisters. How do you think the truth is going to affect them?

Now that we know the General Hospital serial killer is actually D.A. Paul Hornsby (Richard Burgi), who do you think will expose the truth? Ava Jerome (Maura West) seems to be his biggest threat, as she has the evidence to prove it is him. She has chosen to blackmail him, in order for him to “throw” her brother, Julian Jerome’s (William DeVry) trial; but is it going to be that simple for Paul to do?

As Julian’s trial begins, we will continue to see his estranged wife, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) spiral out of control. Her daughter, Molly (Haley Pullos) comforts her mother, telling her that once she testifies she will be able to close the chapter with Julian and move on with her life. Will Alexis be able to keep it together long enough to testify against the man she once loved, or will Julian see how much this is destroying Alexis and change his mind?

GH spoilers also tell us that even though Paul is busy with the trial, he still finds time to kill another person in the hospital. We know he has his sights set on Dr. Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson), but it appears that someone else is going to be injected instead. Someone that is in the wrong place at the wrong time, but someone who is close enough to our hearts to shock us. Who do you think that will be?

General Hospital’s Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig) has been out of sorts lately, and although he has been taking his bipolar medication faithfully, his behavior is becoming more and more erratic. He has even taken his mother, Carly (Laura Wright) off guard, when he announced that he wants to go to college full-time and study marketing.

Morgan surprises his girlfriend, Kiki Jerome (Hayley Erin), catching her completely off guard. Will Kiki speak to Sonny (Maurice Benard) or Carly about her concerns regarding Morgan’s state of mind? We saw last week that Sonny confronted Ava at the café about her “watching” Morgan. Will they be able to figure out what is really going on, before Ava pushes him too far?

General Hospital’s Lulu Spencer Falconeri (Emme Rylan) and her husband, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) have been planning to expand their family for a long time. It seemed like the end of their dream when Dr. Lee informed them that they do not have a viable embryo left, Lulu thought of the one left behind at Crichton-Clark Clinic.

After consulting with GH’s super-spy, Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers), they both had renewed hope. Robert came back with some interesting but troubling news. The freezer survived the explosion, but there was a key in the lock. Lulu is desperate to continue the search, while Dante is trying to be more realistic and telling her they have a family and shouldn’t be risking their lives for something that might no longer exist.

This week, Lulu meets with and confides in General Hospital’s Dr. Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom). Do you think she will continue the search behind Dante’s back or will she give up, and just be happy with the family she already has?
