‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Wednesday August 31: Dr. Munro Gives Franco Bad Liz News – Ava Finds Serial Killer Evidence – Jordan Suspicious Of Paul

General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday August 31 reveal that while the power was out at General Hospital, someone shoved Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) down a dark stairwell. Hayden Barnes Cassadine (Rebecca Budig) arrives on the scene after Liz falls, and watches her lying there. When Liz opens her eyes, she sees Hayden, and instantly you can see she thinks Hayden pushed her. Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) arrives on the scene and tends to Elizabeth, telling Hayden to get help.

Will GH Nurse Webber wake up and claim that Hayden was the one who did this to her, or will there be assumptions? Everyone in Port Charles knows there is no love-loss between the women, especially Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) witnessed Hayden slapping Elizabeth earlier that evening. Hayden admits to Dr. Finn that she is in huge trouble and she doesn’t think anyone can help her. Will Finn stand behind his friend and defend her to whatever lies ahead?

General Hospital’s Franco is desperate for Elizabeth to survive. She seems to be the only good thing in his life, besides her sons, and no one in the hospital can tell him if Liz is going to survive. Dr. Griffin Munro (Matt Cohen) tells Franco that Elizabeth is not out of the woods yet. With this news, is it possible that Franco will go after Hayden himself?

General Hospital’s Police Commissioner, Jordan Ashford (Vinessa Antoine) has asked for Art Dealer, Ava Jerome’s (Maura west) expertise on the serial killer case. Ava lets Jordan know that she has seen the cufflink before and she thinks she knows who it belongs to. Ava makes a call to get a passkey for the Metro Court and she sneaks into D.A. Paul Hornsby’s (Richard Burgi) room, determined to find those cufflinks. General Hospital spoilers tease that Ava is shaken when she finds evidence and realizes that Paul is the hospital killer.

At the same time of Ava’s discovery, Jordan is at General Hospital asking Dr. Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) why Paul was even at the hospital? Now that Jordan has been asking Monica questions about Paul, will Monica become his next victim? With Jordan becoming suspicious of the D.A., and Ava with the proof, who will reach Paul first, and will Ava turn him in to police, or will the evidence be part of her “request” for Paul to release her brother, Julian?

General Hospital spoilers tease that Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) continues to spin out of control. Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) tries to counsel her friend and continues to stand by Alexis’ side as she falls apart. In a dream segment her husband, Julian Jerome (William DeVry), who tried to kill her, is out of jail and heads right back into her life, running into her at the bar. How much more can she take? She has to figure out what her feelings are towards her estranged husband, and how she is going to deal with him being out of jail?
