General Hospital Spoilers Tuesday December 13: Nelle Opens Secret Box – Hayden’s Health Failing – Franco Tortures Tom – Jason Threatens To Rat Sonny Out

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Tuesday, December 13, 2016 begin with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) meeting his mother, Carly (Laura Wright) at the Metro Court.  Michael looks hopeful and asks his mother if she is reuniting with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard)?  It looks like they are on a good path, when Carly backed him up against Ava Jerome (Maura West) regarding the custody of Avery (Ava and Grace Scarola). 

Sonny may have been holding out hope for a reunion, but it looks like his confession to Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) is going to put the brakes on any kind of relationship with Carly.

Jason told Sonny that he needs to tell Carly about the night he slept with her assistant, Nelle Hayes (Chloe Lanier).  When Sonny tells him that Nelle would never say anything, Jason implied he would.  Sonny is questioning his loyalty.

 Meanwhile, Nelle left Michael at the Toys for Tots Gala when she had a flashback, reminding her why she was really there.  Sources reveal that she once again sees the letter she got from her father, saying she owes him.  We also see that Nelle will be going through her private box, obtaining things that could reveal what she is really after. 

General Hospital’s quirky Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) is attending to Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) as her health is failing and the alarms are sounding.  It looks like she is in grave danger and dying, but Finn suddenly says she isn’t dying if he can help it; what do you think inspired him and made him feel he wasn’t going to lose her?

Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) is holding Elizabeth Webber’s (Rebecca Herbst) rapist, Tom Baker (Don Harvey) in a cage with a shock collar on.  Franco had promised Liz he wouldn’t do anything to Tom, but he went behind her back to protect her.  

Spoilers show that Franco is going to confront Tom about all the things he has done to Elizabeth and that Franco is doing this to ensure he never hurts Liz again.  Could Franco be reverting to his old ways before the brain tumor, or is it possible he has always been this deranged, but has suppressed it until now?

At the same time, after talking to Dr. Griffin Munro (Matt Cohen), Liz leaves the hospital early to go see Franco.  Previews show that she will be knocking at his door and calling out his name, the question is whether she is knocking at his home or studio door.  How do you think Liz will react when she learns everything Franco had done to protect her?
