After Ava Jerome (Maura West) shares a drink with Dr. Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), she realizes she needs to switch Morgan’s (Bryan Craig) bipolar medications before Carly discovers them and has them tested. Once again, using Avery as an excuse to be upstairs in Sonny’s house, Ava attempts to fix the problem; fortunately for Sonny, Nelle Hayes (Chloe Lanier) has been staying at the Corinthos’ house taking care of Avery. Nelle catches Ava red-handed in Morgan’s room and she demands to know why she is in there.
Now that GH’s Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) had done a second paternity test, revealing that Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) is not Charlotte’s (Scarlett Fernandez) father, and Griffin Munro (Matt Cohen) is. Claudette Boland (Bree Williamson) is trying to convince both men to work with her, to get Charlotte safe and out of Port Charles. The question still remains whether Griffin really is the little girl’s father, or not.
Maxie decided to confront Claudette, while Nathan went to go find Griffin to tell him about Claudette’s lies and that Griffin was Charlotte’s father, not him. When the three return to the apartment, Maxie is gone and Nathan’s mother, Liesl is there with Charlotte. No one knows where Maxie is, nor that she is in trouble.
Maxie uses the key card that Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) created for her, and breaks into Claudette’s room at the Metro Court. Once inside, Maxie discovers she is in danger. There is a man trashing Claudette’s room, and as Maxie tries to escape, he grabs her. He covers her mouth and tells her, “Now that I’ve got you, I know what to do!” Was Maxie his intended victim, or does the creep have the wrong woman?
