‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Thursday June 2: Jason & Sam Make Plans Leave – Nathan Ready to Confess – Liz Has New Suspect – Dr O Accuses Finn of Serial Killing

‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers tease that on Thursday, June 2, Nathan is ready to confess to a foul deed, Sam and Jason make plans to skip town, Finn visits Wyndemere, Liz offers Jordan a new suspect, and accusations fly at GH.

Maxie Jones [Kirsten Storms] tells Nathan West [Ryan Paevey] that he was talking in his sleep about a shooting. Later, Griffin Munro [Matt Cohen] comes to check on his patient and Nathan stares at him strangely.

Griffin asks why he’s looking at him like that. Does Nathan finally recognize that he knows Griffin from the past? Is Griffin the one Nathan shot? Nathan prepares to come completely clean to Maxie about his murky past and that he shot a man down.

Dr. Liesl Obrecht [Kathleen Gati] talks smack to Monica Quartermaine [Leslie Charleson] and Carly Corinthos [Laura Wright] about Dr. Hamilton Finn [Michael Easton] and tells Carly that he’s the one who hurt her brother Lucas Jones [Ryan Carnes].

Carly will be stunned but won’t believe it. Meanwhile, Finn has taken a field trip out to Wyndemere to see Hayden Barnes [Rebecca Budig] but why? Is he planning on returning her check? Finn notices things are off and asks Hayden what’s wrong.

Will Hayden fill him in on the Nikolas Cassadine [Tyler Christopher] debacle? Will Finn tell her that he’s also facing murder accusations? These two might have a lot in common soon. Over at the PCPD, Liz Webber [Rebecca Herbst] has another suspect for Jordan Ashford [Vinessa Antoine] to consider.
Liz tells Jordan that Jason Morgan [Billy Miller] didn’t hurt Nik and she needs to be looking at Hayden instead. When Jordan asks why Liz has to leave out the part where Nikolas tried to have Hayden killed but will tell her about the diamonds. Jordan may notify the FBI!

Jason wants to skip town since he and Sam Morgan [Kelly Monaco] think he’s being railroaded by the PCPD. Sam is ready to go with him but Jason asks if she’s sure. Jason and Sam will try and figure things out and may wonder if Nikolas set this up. They make plans to leave town to find out more.
