‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Paternity Test Ordered, Who Is Claudette’s Baby Daddy – Nathan Or Griffin?

General Hospital spoilers are all about Claudette “CJ” Boland (Bree Williamson) and her unseen, secret daughter, Charlotte. She recently met with her ex-husband, Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) and told him she was in trouble and she needed his help. Nathan was walking away from her because he really has nothing left to say to her, until she says it’s about her daughter.

The words “my daughter”, hit Nathan hard and he comes back into her hotel room to listen to her entire story. She mentions about being in trouble and how she was involved with this very dangerous man, and when she ended things he continues to follow her and threatened to harm her little girl. Nathan puts two and two together and Claudette confirms that the little girl is his daughter.

It looked like, for a moment, that General Hospital’s Detective West was finally realizing how much she can manipulate him, so he asks her how can she be sure that they baby is his. Claudette tells him that her and Dr. Griffin Munro (Matt Cohen) were always safe and used protection, where they didn’t. As fans, we know this is the lamest excuse ever, and there is every possibility that Griffin could be Charlotte’s father.

Nathan is dumbfounded at the revelation and leaves telling Claudette he needs to see his fiancé Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) about this. Claudette gives him the picture she was holding of their daughter, Charlotte and tells him to keep it, so he knows what he is fighting for. It is nice to see that Nathan has learned from previous mistakes and has no intention of hiding anything from Maxie again. Claudette knows that she has to be honest about the danger around her because even a little lie could blow everything up in her face.

General Hospital has plenty of stories to tell, but this paternity one will be a major one coming up. As you see Nathan leaving to talk to Maxie, Claudette calls Griffin, and tells him that they need to talk. We know that she will have to reveal the story to him as well, since Nathan had already gone to Maxie. As a previous manipulator herself, Maxie calls Claudette on her story and demands a paternity test.

GH’s Maxie should be careful what she asks and wishes for because there is a huge possibility that if this little girl is Nathan’s he will drop everything and do the honorable thing, regardless of where his heart is at. He would do anything for his child, and would protect her any way he could. If Charlotte turns out to be his, what do you want to see happen? Do you think the paternity results could be the final thing to end Maxie and Nathan?

Since General Hospital is on shut-down, thanks to the serial killer still on the loose, Griffin will have a lot of time on his hands. Claudette is caught between two very good men, neither of them want her right now because of all the trouble she has caused in the past, but both are honorable men. Both would step up if they turned out to be Charlotte’s father. Bree Williamson, who portrays Claudette, says that Claudette really likes Nathan, but she is head over heels in love with Griffin.

Who do you want to see Claudette with? If the results come back that Nathan is the father, will he leave Maxie to be with Claudette, and how long would that last, knowing that both of their hearts lie with other people?
