‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Parker Returns This Summer, Kristina Chooses Aaron Or Professor?

“General Hospital” (GH) spoilers recently dished some info on the future of mob Princess Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth) and the sexuality storyline she has been tangled up in recently. According to Soaps In Depth, Ainsworth is hoping for a drama-filled summer.

Kristina, daughter of mob boss Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), has recently found herself in a confusing situation. She has always assumed she was straight. She has even been in some serious relationships. Why is it then that when she went off to college, she found herself propositioning a woman professor for a better grade?

Professor Parker (Ashley Aubra Jones) and Kristina developed a bond during Kristina’s time away which lead her to develop feelings for the professor. Unfortunately for Kristina, Parker was already married and committed to her wife.  ‘General Hospital’ spoilers tease that Ashley Jones will be returning to Port Charles this summer as Parker, and her arrival could cause some chaos for Kristina and Aaron.

The storyline continues as Kristina struggled to find a place for these emotions and confess her situation to her family. Since then a new man has entered her life, and she is taking her sister Sam’s (Kelly Monaco) advice and seeing where her feelings will take her. For now, it seems Kristina is attracted to Aaron (John DeLuca) but what would happen if Parker was no longer married? Will it turn out that Kristina is actually gay or will it prove Parker was just a one-time situation? It’s entirely possible that something like that could prompt Kristina to accept her fluid sexuality label-free.

According to Ainsworth, forcing Kristina to face both Parker and her new fling could clarify a lot, “Bringing Parker back when Kristina has a man in her life could be an excellent way to show there isn’t much difference; Love is love. Love is universal. Love has no bounds.”
