Now that Jason Morgan [Billy Miller] figured out that Nikolas ordered Hayden Barnes/Rachel Berlin [Rebecca Budig] shot plus the info on Nikolas getting other ELQ shares under shady circumstances, he’s ready to hold Nik’s feet to the fire.
Jason will soon threaten Nikolas that he has to hand over all the ELQ shares he’s got or else face jail time for attempted murder and fraud. The problem is, Hayden also has that same information and similarly threatens Nik to hand ELQ over to her or he’ll face jail.

Both sides want ELQ and both sides have the evidence to put Nikolas away for good – so what can the prince do? He can’t sign the company over to both of them – and if he chooses one over the other, the other side can still report him. Nikolas is in a no-win situation.
What can he do? Will Nikolas run? Will Nikolas tell the two sides that they have to figure out a compromise? After all, why would Nikolas give Jason the shares only to have Hayden send him to jail? Nik might as well keep ELQ if he faces jail either way…
So what’s the answer to this double-sided dilemma? Will Nikolas try and play one side against the other? Or will the two sides wise up and figure out they have to work together to get what they want from Nikolas and cut a deal?
We’re wondering if Nikolas can find a way to worm his way out of this – he still has some cards yet to play. First, Jason violently assaulted Nik in front of Hayden and Curtis Ashford [Donnell Turner]. After the MetroCourt incident that nearly killed Nikolas, Jason could be arrested for the attack.

And on the Hayden side, Nikolas can reveal her Rachel Berlin identity to the world and call the cops to report her since she’s still wanted for questioning in association with her dad Raymond Berlin’s Ponzi scheme.
So with info in his arsenal to use against each side, will Nikolas push back when the blackmail comes? We know Nikolas doesn’t like to lose and since he needs ELQ to help secure Spencer Cassadine’s [Nicolas Bechtel] future, it’s likely he won’t give in, give up, or walk away.
Are Jason and Hayden willing to risk the police coming after them for their crimes to get what they want? Or will they decide it’s not worth the risk? For Jason, he might be willing to roll the dice on his own arrest for beating Nikolas if that means his family gets ELQ back.
Hayden, though, doesn’t want to risk the cops finding her given her dad’s shady history. GH spoilers tease that Jason may walk out of this situation the big winner and will call Nikolas’ bluff as he did the last time Nik tried to leverage him into backing off of ELQ after the MetroCourt brawl.
