‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Nelle And Michael Romance Heats Up – Nelle’s Feelings Real, Or Part Of Her Sick Vendetta?

‘General Hospital’ spoilers tease despite Nelle Hayes’s [Chloe Lanier] latest manipulative move of maneuvering Sonny Corinthos [Maurice Benard] into bed, Nelle’s heart has opened to the Corinthos family.  Nelle seemed fond of Carly Corinthos [Laura Wright], but then was furious with her for betraying Sonny by kissing Jasper ‘Jax’ Jacks [Ingo Rademacher].

The Corinthos family is tight-knit, and it seems no matter what they do to each other there’s no breaking that bond. Carly and Sonny have separated many times, only to end up back in each other’s arms – just as the super couple has done once again following Morgan Corinthos [Bryan Craig] death.

‘GH’ spoilers revealed that Nelle hates Carly but the fans aren’t privy to the exact details yet. Nelle has played the dutiful assistant to Carly, winning over the Metro Court owner, anticipating her boss’s every need.

But there’s a deeply-rooted hatred lurking inside Nelle against Carly. ‘General Hospital’ fans don’t know exactly what it is yet but they have a few guesses. Eventually whatever it is will come out, but it’s going to take time. Nelle is torn between hurting Carly and being a part of a loving and caring family.

‘General Hospital’ spoilers tease that Nelle isn’t just going to use Sonny hurt Carly, she may use Michael as a weapon as well. The problem is, Nelle has come to like Michael, and vice versa.

Michael has asked Nelle out on a date and the two obviously have chemistry. Will Nelle break Michael’s heart when he finds out the real reason Nelle is in Port Charles?

‘GH’ spoilers reveal that Nelle will be around Port Charles for a while. Whatever the reason Nelle is out to hurt the Corinthos family, it’s going to take a long time to come out. As the storyline builds and builds fans should expect it to get better and better.
