‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Jason and Sam Skip Town, Get Unexpected Help Looking For Clues About Nikolas’ “Murder”

‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers reveal that Jason Morgan [Billy Miller] and Sam Morgan [Kelly Monaco] are making plans to skip town – despite Jordan Ashford [Vinessa Antoine] telling him to stick around – because they want answers about the Nikolas Cassadine [Tyler Christopher] mystery.

Jason and Sam both know that the PCPD won’t look much farther than Jason and may not explore other suspects, so that means they need to investigate and find the real “killer.” However, it turns out there may not be a killer at all. The timing of the incident seems very suspect.

Interestingly, Jason may not have even been the target of the set-up, but just a victim of bad timing. In fact, it seems more likely that Hayden Barnes [Rebecca Budig] is the target of the plot. After all, several times at the Nurses Ball, Hayden tried to rat Nikolas out to Jordan for having her shot.

Once Nikolas stole her diamonds, any leverage he had to keep Hayden quiet disappeared, so he had to come up with another plan. And remember, Nikolas tried to lure Hayden to come to Wyndemere and was counting on her greed to bring her there. But Jason showed up first.

So now Jason and Sam are in a race against the clock to prove that he didn’t kill Nikolas, but it’s hard to prove a negative. That means that they have to find the perpetrator of the crime and Jason will soon go to Sonny Corinthos [Maurice Benard] for an assist.

GH spoilers reveal that while Sonny may help in Port Charles, Sam and Jason will look farther afield for answers. GH has been shooting on location with Kelly Monaco and Jason Morgan and other spoilers tease that Cassadine Island will be one of the places they journey in their search for the truth.

Still other spoilers tease that Sam and Jason might not be alone on this journey and some unusual travel companions may go along for the ride. Damien Spinelli [Bradford Anderson] hits town next week and we’ve got fingers crossed that he’s part of their quest to exonerate Jason.
