‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Tuesday July 12: Theo Thrilled Nik On Island – Laura Reveals Nik Alive to Lulu – Hayden Needs Tracy

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Tuesday, July 12 reveal that Anna thinks she’s got the last laugh on Julian, Hayden wants Tracy’s help, Laura reveals stunning news to Lulu, Griffin worries about Finn and Theo continues his innocent act.

Anna Devane [Finola Hughes] is happy to see Julian Jerome [William deVry] stabbed in the back, handcuffed, and arrested for his confessed crimes. GH spoilers hint that Julian needs surgery but his life isn’t otherwise at risk.

At GH, Anna stops by his room to tell him that he’s going to jail for life and rub her victory in his face but things don’t go as expected. Julian has some things to say to Anna that she does NOT want to hear and will leave for vacation in California less thrilled than she’d like.

Hayden Barnes [Rebecca Budig] asks Tracy Quartermaine [Jane Elliot] to help save Hamilton Finn [Michael Easton]. Hayden needs someone with power and influence to get Finn’s life-saving drugs. Can Tracy help? Will she work with Hayden even though she’s sick of her?

Theo, aka Valentin Cassadine [James Patrick Stuart], is secretly thrilled when he hears Sam Morgan [Kelly Monaco] say that Nikolas Cassadine [Nick Stabile] is on the island. That means there’s two Cassadines, not counting Valentin, for him to torment, one legitimate and one illegitimate.

Laura Spencer [Genie Francis] confesses to Kevin Collins [Jon Lindström] that she’s come to rely on him and tells him how close she feels to him. Will this conversation turn to affection? Is Kevin feeling the same vibe and wants to get closer to Laura?

Laura also has a talk with Lulu Spencer [Emme Rylan] and reveals that her brother Nik is very much alive. Lulu is stunned and then decides she wants to put her plans on hold while they locate Nikolas and make him do the right thing.

At GH, Griffin Munro [Matt Cohen] notices that Finn is in bad shape. Looks like he shouldn’t have rushed over to the hospital the moment he got his badge back. Griffin tries to help Finn who just wants to get back to his hotel room and self-medicate.
