‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Thursday July 21: Carlos’ Identical Brother Appears, Sabrina Shocked, Michael Freaks – Sonny Wants Something From Finn

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, July 21 reveal that Sabrina is stunned by the guy who looks like her dead baby daddy, Lucy Coe returns, Sonny wants something from Finn in exchange for the illegal drugs, and Carly thinks she found the kidney donor.

Franco [Roger Howarth] tells Liz Webber [Rebecca Herbst] that he has a gift for her and hands over an envelope. What’s in it? GH spoilers tease that whatever it is, Liz turns it down and Franco doesn’t like that one bit but he’s got other issues brewing.

Lucy Coe [Lynn Herring] is back in Port Charles and has a run in with her ex Scotty Baldwin [Kin Shriner] and Lucy demands to know what Scotty wants from her. After that, it seems like Lucy has some things to say to (or about) Franco that cause a stir.

Sabrina Santiago [Teresa Castillo] opened the Quartermaine’s door to find a guy standing there that looks just like Carlos Rivera [Jeffrey Vincent Parise]. She lets him in but then Michael Quartermaine [Chad Duell] freaks out and tells the guy to get away from Sabrina. Who is he?

Hayden Barnes [Rebecca Budig] is stunned to discover that her mother Naomi Dreyfus [Robin Riker] is in the hospital. What happened to Naomi and doesn’t she know that GH isn’t the safest place to be right now? Let’s hope the serial killer skips her room!

Sonny Corinthos [Maurice Benard] meets up with Hamilton Finn [Michael Easton] and tells him that he will get the drugs that Finn needs but only because he helped Carly Corinthos [Laura Wright]. But that’s not all that Sonny wants and Finn is forced to accept his terms.
