‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Friday January 29: Liz and Jason Scared for Jake – Mayor Lomax Outraged – Kristina’s Secret Revealed

‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers for the Friday, January 29 show indicate an action-packed episode with danger from Jake, Lulu’s desperation spiraling and Olivia’s showdown with the mayor heating up. Here’s what you need to know about Friday’s cliffhanger show.

Liz Webber [Rebecca Herbst] talks to Franco [Roger Howarth] about Jake Spencer [James Nigbor]. Franco may mention Sam Morgan [Kelly Monaco] was asking questions and Liz doesn’t like that. Franco tells her he’s concerned that Jake could be a danger to others – will she heed his warning?

At Liz’s place, Jason Morgan [Billy Miller] talks to Jake about his scary looking drawing of Sam looking gray and dead. Jake makes it clear he hates Sam and Jason is right to be concerned. Sam will drop by later, but first she talks to Kristina Corinthos [Lexi Ainsworth].

Sam thinks that Kristina wasn’t completely honest with her – and she wasn’t – and has questions about her professor. Looks like Prof Parker is in town or will be soon and stirring up trouble for Kristina. Her family questions why she’s not back in school yet.

Liz and Jason will discuss their Jake concerns but everything takes a really scary turn when Sam stops by later to try and make peace with Liz. Seems Franco got through to Sam that the last thing Liz needs now is more stress. Jake will make a move on Sam that will put her life at risk.

Mayor Lomax [Shari Belafonte] is annoyed about the trouble Olivia Falconeri [Lisa LoCicero] is causing and talks to Dante Falconeri [Dominic Zamprogna] who thinks the mayor is being self-serving and that it’s personal for her and not about the city of Port Charles.

Olivia and Alexis Davis [Nancy Lee Grahn] meet to talk about the lawsuit against the city. Alexis thinks Olivia is having second thoughts – she is – and Alexis encourages her to move forward because it’s an important issue. Nina Clay [Michelle Stafford] will latch on to the issue soon too.
