‘General Hospital’ Spoilers for Friday, September 2: Dr Finn Makes a Cryptic Call – Hayden In Jail – Carly Plans Perfect Wedding Day

“General Hospital” (GH) spoilers for Friday, September 2, 2016, Police Commissioner, Jordan Ashford (Vinessa Antoine) had arrested Hayden Barnes Cassadine (Rebecca Budig) just as Hayden and Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) share their first kiss and expressed their admiration for each other. Will this be the first and last kiss they share?

General Hospital fans cannot help but worry that Hayden may slip and inform Jordan about the diamonds. She had been drinking with Finn before the arrest, and when they were arresting her, she asked why it was the PCPD that was arresting her and not the FEDS. Will Jordan think anything of that comment, and investigate more?

Dr. Finn makes a cryptic phone call to someone to discuss their “mutual friend”; who would he be calling? Ava Jerome (Maura West), who knows about Elizabeth having the diamonds and her plans to turn them over to the police, or Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) who has been fairly close and nice to Hayden recently?

Either way, it looks like the police aren’t the only people Hayden should be afraid of. Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) makes a promise that whoever did this to Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) will pay. Franco and Liz, clearly have deep feelings for each other, and when Dr. Griffin Munro (Matt Cohen) couldn’t reassure Franco that things will be fine, he got even more angry and protective. He spends the night in her hospital room, refusing to leave her side, while she is in this “death trap”. Will Franco’s dark side emerge, or will he leave this in the hands of the PCPD?

While at General Hospital Franco attempts to contact Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) about Elizabeth, Jason doesn’t return the call because he is sharing a romantic night with Samantha McCall (Kelly Monaco), the night before their wedding. Jason tells Sam he has a surprise for her.  What is the surprise?  Will Franco show up at the wedding and ruin everything?

GH’s power couple, Carly (Laura Wright) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) are buy setting up their house for the wedding, and Carly is determined to make this day only about Jason and Sam. Is this an omen that something bad is about to happen? Fans know that most General Hospital weddings do not run smoothly, and there is so much at play right now, that trouble and drama can come from many directions. Will Sam and Jason experience the wedding of their dreams, or will it be a nightmare?
