‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Elizabeth Flirting With Love Or Danger – Is Franco The GH Serial Killer?

We have been watching for months as Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) and Franco Baldwin (Roger Rowarth) dance around the idea of giving love a shot on ‘General Hospital.’  Franco seems determined to do whatever it takes to win Elizabeth’s heart, including giving her money so all three of her boys could enjoy summer activities she couldn’t really afford. She turns him down though, when she learns the money is coming from his criminally insane mother, Heather Webber (Robin Mattson).

Just when things seem to be moving forward, as Liz agrees to go on a date with Franco, life couldn’t get any shadier! Franco has been given his mother’s blessing to date Elizabeth, which is kind of odd because she hated Carly and Nina.  What has changed there?  Franco makes plans for their date and he is very secretive about it, which makes Liz hesitant but in the end she agrees to go along with his plans and trust him.

She knows his reputation. She knows the horrible things he has done in his past.  Those actions being blamed on the brain tumor he had removed a few years ago. Is Franco really cured from all his “madness” or is his darkness starting to resurface? Regardless of all this, Liz is still attracted to him.  Franco has opened up to her about some rather personal issues, and seems to be really amazing with her son Jake, who is also troubled; much to Jake’s father, Jason Morgan’s (Billy Miller) chagrin.

As fans have seen, there have been several unexplained deaths happening around General Hospital, which has put the staff and police on high alert.  Looking for anything suspicious or out of the ordinary. Franco, even though he is an Art Therapist at the hospital seems to be the subject of police interrogation after Valerie Spencer (Brytni Sarpy) catches him leaving a patient’s room.  He manages to explain why he was there, but Valerie remains suspicious.  Every time there is a murder at the hospital, it seems that Franco is somehow connected to it.

Before the date can even happen, things start to go awry.  Another murder happens at GH, and take a guess who the prime suspect is?  There are many suspects and a lot of twists and turns coming our way and by the end of the week there will be an arrest, but is this person really guilty?
