‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Dr Lee Back at GH – Nina Undergoes Fertility Testing – Can She Have a Baby?

‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers reveal that Nina Clay [Michelle Stafford] is determined to get a baby and now that she’s been rejected for an adoption, she’s going to try the good old-fashioned method of growing her own kid.

Nina was under the impression that she couldn’t bear children because Dr Britt Westbourne [Kelly Thiebaud] told her she’s infertile. But since Britt is in league with Liesl Obrecht [Kathleen Gati] and maybe Madeline Reeves [Donna Mills] too, that finding is suspect.

Maxie Jones [Kirsten Storms] pointed out to Nina that Britt stole an embryo and was, in general, an unethical and dishonest doctor and human being. That gave Nina hope and she set up an appointment with GH’s Dr Kelly Lee [Minae Noji] to get checked out.

But even if Dr Lee gives Nina good news on her fertility, Franco [Roger Howarth] may give her bad news. When Maxie asked Nina if Franco changed his mind about having a baby, Nina said he did. In fact, that’s not at all what Franco said.

Franco said if it turns out she could get pregnant, maybe they could consider it – MAYBE. Franco is 100% against passing on his flawed DNA to a baby. Franco is expecting Nina to get bad results from her tests with Dr Lee, so he’s only a little worried about facing the baby-making music.

GH spoilers tease that Nina has a major disappointment coming either way. If Dr Lee says she can have a baby but Franco says he won’t father one with her, Nina will be heartbroken. And if Dr Lee says she’s infertile, Nina will also be heartbroken.

But there is still a chance that Nina can have a baby – one of her own – and that the kid is already in Port Charles. Did you notice that when Franco said to Liesl the other day that “Nina already has a baby,” she did a sort of rapid eye blinking double take?

It wasn’t a total jaw dropping gasp, but there was definitely a reaction there. Franco then clarified he meant that Crimson magazine was Nina’s baby and the moment passed, but it was there. Is Nina’s child with Silas Clay [Michael Easton] alive?

Did Liesl deliver the baby while Nina was in a coma and then Madeline gave it away to get rid of any tie between Silas and Nina? GH spoilers have long hinted that Kiki Jerome [Hayley Erin] might be Nina and Silas’ daughter – not the child of Silas and Ava Jerome [Maura West].
