‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Could Nelle be Carly’s long-lost daughter – Michael’s Twin-Sister – Nelle in PC for Revenge?

‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers tease that Nelle (Chloe Lanier) has a very dangerous agenda regarding Carly (Laura Wright). Nelle came to Port Charles recently claiming she was the kidney donor for Carly’s daughter, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy). It didn’t take much convincing from Nelle to persuade Carly that she is indeed her daughter’s donor and tests that were done at General Hospital did indeed show that Nelle was in fact, Josslyn’s “donor”.

However, we did see Jasper Jax, (Ingo Rademacher) Josslyn’s father on the phone with someone talking about how Nelle “would not be a threat to them”. We still do not know who he was talking to or do we?

Was it Jerry Jax, Helena Cassadine or someone who could possibly be more of a threat? Perhaps the person in charge of the Black Market organization? Does Jax know who Nelle’s parents really are? Did he make a pact with the devil in exchange for his daughter’s kidney and if so how will Sonny and Carly react to this news?

What we do know is that Nelle has found her way into Carly’s home and has managed to play on Carly’s gratitude. She is now Avery’s new babysitter. However, we did see that glare Nelle gave Sonny and Carly when they were talking about her last week from the top of the stairs. Can you say creepy? I am getting a bit of a “crazy” vibe going on with Nelle. Does she have an ulterior motive? Could Nelle have another agenda? A lethal one? Could Nelle possibly be back to exact revenge on the mother she thinks threw her away?

Maybe Carly is unaware that she had another child when she had Michael? Perhaps Michael has a twin sister he never knew he had. How will the Corinthos family adapt to this big news?! We know Sonny would be accepting of her since he did adopt Michael without him biologically being his child. Regardless of the turn of events, only time will tell what Nelle has in store for Carly, Michael or maybe even Sonny. Grab your popcorn and coke and stay tuned to GH to see what happens next.
