‘General Hospital’ POLL: Is the Skeleton that Lulu found Luke? VOTE!

Almost exactly a year ago to the day (July 27, 2015), Luke had his “final” air date and left Port Charles to the disappointment of his loyal followers since he originally debuted on General Hospital on November 20, 1978 as the devious big brother of Bobbie Spencer (Jacklyn Zeman).

After a long history of comings and goings and traveling the world and unheard of shenanigans, loves and losses, Luke finally said goodbye and hung up his hat and rode off into the sunset from Port Charles to adventures unknown and General Hospital…..or did he?

The history between he and the Cassadines is rich at best with a seriously twisted “bond” between Luke and Helena (Constance Towers). Did Helena finally get the last say with Luke, end his life, and left him to rot in the caverns of Cassadine Island? Yes or no? If so, what were those final moments like? If it’s not Luke’s remains in the tunnels, then who is it, how long have they been there, and how is it that they had Luke’s jewelry? Is it reasonable that the skeleton that Lulu found could be decomposed enough in only a year’s time? General Hospital definitely has a long list of “are you kidding me” storylines. Is this one of them?

Weigh in here GH fans! Is it Luke’s skeleton and if so, how do you think he died? If it’s not Luke’s, what are your theories as to who it is and how Luke’s jewelry was found there in his remains? Is this another one of Helena’s schemes she left behind from the grave? When was the last time Luke’s family heard from him or about his whereabouts?

Better yet, who is going to solve this mystery? Will it be Lulu and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna)? Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Jason (Billy Miller)? Laura (Genie Francis) and Kevin (Jon Lindstrom)? Or will Ava (Maura West) redeem herself and right some serious wrongs?  Maybe Spinnelli (Bradford Anderson) needs to come back and use his mad, resourceful skills and uncover the truth once and for all. What about Felicia (Kristina Wagner) and Mac (John J. York), Anna (Finola Hughes), Jordan (Vinessa Antoine) and Andre (Anthony Montgomery), or better yet – Shawn Butler (Sean Blakemore) finally getting released for a crime he never committed and going rogue and digging up the truth?
