This week Vanessa Marcil shared a horrific photo of herself lying in a hospital bed with her arm and leg in a cast. Naturally, General Hospital fans flooded her social media pages with concern and well wishes.

A few hours later Vanessa explained that she was just fine, and that photo of her in the hospital was from a new movie she is working on called “Deadly Devotion.” GH fans were thrilled Vanessa was okay, but some weren’t too impressed with her little joke. Even Marcil’s former co-star Sean Kanan thought she was hurt, and tweeted her some well wishes.
