‘General Hospital’ News: Vanessa Marcil And Family In Serious Car Accident, Fiance Seriously Injured

“General Hospital” alum Vanessa Marcil [ex-Brenda Barret] and fiancé MC were involved in a serious car accident. Marcil’s fiancé was rushed to the hospital, unable to speak or move his neck or back following the crash.

Vanessa said, “Major accident, huge truck just rear ended our truck while our truck was parked. all of the kids in the car. Mc can’t move neck or back. #ER.” Former co-star Maurice Benard [Sonny Corinthos] responded almost immediately to Vanessa Marcil’s initial post asking if she was okay.

Vanessa has kept “GH” fans updated via Twitter. In her latest post the actress let everyone know that MC is out of surgery but still groggy. “Thank you all for ur prayers Mc is speaking now but groggy. Your messages are making him smile while in the hospital.”

Former co-star Maurice Benard [Sonny Corinthos] responded almost immediately to Vanessa Marcil’s initial post. Marcil kept everyone in the loop when she tweeted, “Mc dad is at the ER with him now. He will be missing the father daughter dance with his angel tonight.”

The actress and her fiancé’s children were in the car at the time of the collision. Vanessa assured everyone that she and the children are fine.

“GH” fans have reached out by the hundreds offering prayers and positive thoughts. Vanessa and MC got engaged in April of 2015. There is not much known about Vanessa Marcil’s mystery man.
