‘General Hospital’ News: Tyler Christopher Starring In Another New Movie, ‘Pretty Broken’ – Watch Sneak Peek Here!

‘General Hospital’ actor Tyler Christopher [Nikolas Cassadine] has landed yet another gig. This time though it is as the leading man in the upcoming Indie film ‘Pretty Broken’, this is directed by Brett Eichenberger and produced by Leonian Pictures and Resonance Productions.

Christopher plays the role of Jerry Carlyle, who is described in a press release as “a former kids cable access TV show star, now a self-proclaimed role model for his used car sales team, who uses his southern charm and one-liners to win over the ladies.” The storyline of the show depicts Clare played Lindsey Lou being an unemployed woman who also dropped out of college. Lindsey’s father dies and while everyone else tries to put the past behind them she is determined to keep his memory alive. Unfortunately, her mother, who is portrayed by Paula Trickey, finds a younger man in Jerry [Christopher].

Apart from Christopher, Trickey and Lou, Peter Holden, Jillian Clare, Preston Bailey and Adam Chambers are also a part of the cast. ‘Pretty Broken’ is scripted by Jill Remensynder who previously received an award for her work.

Currently the show is on a break and will return to production on September 9th for the final two-thirds of the film. Production is slated to take place in Portland, Oregon after the show’s brief hiatus. A teaser for the upcoming film can be seen right here for those who are very anxious.

‘General Hospital’ fans can also be on the lookout for Christopher to reprise the role of Nikolas possibly later this fall. Reports suggest that the actor has not been back to the ABC studios since he left in May and was temporarily replaced by Nick Stabile. However, GH spoilers reveal Nikolas will soon show up in Port Charles once again.
