‘General Hospital’ News: Rocco Falconeri Recast Mason Tannous Poses With Emme Rylan

General Hospital spoilers have confirmed that there is a new Rocco Falconeri in town.  Eagle-eyed General Hospital fans noticed the week of Thanksgiving that Dante and Lulu’s on-screen son was looking a little different during his parents’ wedding vows in November.

General Hospital coming and goings have confirmed that the part of Rocco Falconeri is now being played by the adorable little star Mason Tannous.  The role was previously played by twins, Charles and Ethan Losie.

GH newcomer Mason’s proud parents took to Instagram and showed off a photo of new Rocco posing backstage with his on-screen mom Emme Rylan.

It’s interesting now that the writers decided to age Rocco.  Could it have something to do with the very complicated Charlotte DNA storyline that is coming in to play? Let us know what you think in the comments below!
